Since 2021 Michael is a partner of the Vescovo Moro Group Srl., located in Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella, Verona Italy.
From April 2014 to today he is one of the four partners of Beyond Selection Srl and administrator of Beyond Selection Wine Importers USA LLC located in Washington D.C. Michael plays the role as General Manager for the US market.
From Feb. 2017 to present he is Senior Advisor for Black Hall Aerospace Huntsville, Alabama.
From 1998 to today he is pilot and captain of the United Airline with hub in Houston Texas of the following aircraft: B757, 767. FAA ATP Type Rated: B787, B777, B767, B757, B737
From Sept. 2011 to 2017 Michael is President of the Omega Group Alexandria Virginia with responsibilities in the Aviation and Logistics Program Management and Risk Management consulting sector.
From Nov. 2008 to Sept. 2011, it becomes Aviation and Logistics Program Management and Risk Management consulting for the US Army. PM, US Army, Aerial ISR aviation operations, maintenance, and logistics support
In 2006-2007 he is responsible for the creation of a transport-logistics company using B-767 aircraft for the Prince Group's VP Heavy Lift in support of the US government in the Middle East.
From July 2014 to Oct. 2016, he is Director, Logistics and Security DOD for the US Government with the role of Director for US Army Logistics support to US contractors supporting Iraq and Afghanistan.
From 1995 to 1997 he was Former Principal Operations Inspector on two Part 121 Air Carriers. Acting POI on Aloha Airlines and POI for Mahalo Airlines. Aviation Safety Inspector. Pilot Training Advisor to airlines seeking to improve their pilot and flight crew training programs.
From 1995 to today, Michael is a retired US Navy Captain.
Education; Degree in History from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester Massachussets.
Michael Dugan was introduced to the Beyond Selection Srl (Italy) members by Maurizio Berti with the aim of developing the American wine market by creating a US company based in Houston to import Beyond Selection products to the States. In 2021 Michael became a partner of Vescovo Moro Group, a Northern Italian winery that was born out of the experience of Beyond Selection Srl (Italy).
Since 2021 Beyond Selection Wine Importers USA Ltd has moved its office from Houston to Washington D.C.
